Voice Phone Numbers


I have setup a new customers voice service with the phone number as 613******{00-99} for a 100 block of numbers as described in the information on the portal, however when I import our CDR’s there are hundreds of records not found as it cannot find the number being associated with a service, even though it is part of the 100 block,

Any suggestions?


pay attention to the direction of a call and direction specified in the voice service. For example, when you have a voice service with number 123{00-99} and direction = outgoing, calls with direction=incoming and phone number 123{00-99} won’t process.

1 service = 1 direction, if you have incoming and outgoing calls for 1 phone number you should create 2 services with different directions.
