Ticket Reply Not Sending Email

We recently set up a new Splynx instance. The email settings have been configured and test emails work fine, but when we Reply to a ticket, it doesn’t send our message to the client. If we then click the “Send message to email” button next to the message we just created, it does send but seems like double-handling.

Does anyone know what we’re missing?

you should turn on Ticket notifications:

this will allow sending messages for customers once you reply on a ticket.
