SOLVED - Portal/Service/Stop-Active

Hi, I need some help. Is there any way for customer to stop and start it services. Like when he is on prepaid pan and leaving home so he wont’s to disable service. I see there is a option in PORTAL-INTERNET-FIELD start/stop but i don’t see it in user portal ass option to start or stop.

FIXED, problem was i was login on recuring user portal and didnt test it on prepaid. Best regards

At the moment it is known issue with statuses after pending, so don’t use it on production now.

It will be fixed in a few days.
