SMS with custom field

hi when i send a sms with custom customer field, i receive a message that say my sms for example

Hey Customer

Custom field -> Customer

i receive Hey &nbspCustomer&nbsp

please, try again to send SMS (I changed some config in SMS)
and create screenshot from Administration -> Logs -> SMS, after sending
