The option to to send an email relating to a service.
Eg a welcome message for new voip customers that contains variables like their phone number.
Also the option to auto send this as a service welcome message.

unfortunately we have no such features like send welcome message when service created.
Yes im requesting it as a feature add.
We often add new services like VOIP to a customer and need to send them a welcome message and their new phone number.
