The one thing that is missing from Splynx is a scheduling platform. I don’t need anything fancy - I am more interested in customer notifications of scheduling. So when we schedule a customer, they get put in a dispatch group so we can send an email/SMS message with the data and time and procedures for installation. A dispatch calendar interface would be nice as well.
