Asterisk in general - https://www.asterisk.org, as I know there is a Radius addon to it. But I will try also to grab CDR directly from it, as a2bill was doing. - is ok Radius Addon Works fine but you need to make splynx a fully support of ASTERISK
Free PBX - https://www.freepbx.org - is just a PBX
Elastix - https://www.elastix.org 2 - 3cx Linux - PBX
Kamailio SIP server - Kamailio SIP Server 1 - EXCELLENT
Bicom Systems - https://www.bicomsystems.com - I dont know
Otherwise, PortaSwitch, PortaOne and PortaBilling Entire Solution is offered as hosting in Telinta https://www.telinta.com/ - but just a little problem, starting price is U$ 500.00 so for some one will be very expensive!
SIPWISE CE is a GOOD Platform too but i dont now how to manage it im a VoIP Professional and i want @theafricanpenguin contact me for verify about it
