Still learning my way around Splynx and one of my goals is to look at automating task templates and pulling information to streamline the efficiency of our team.
One of the things that I would love help with is creating my own variable when it comes to placeholders
Does anyone know what the coding would be to be able to automate PPPoe details from active subscriptions into the template?
Surely there is a way for this!
I have tried {{ service.login }} and password but it does not do it 
also tried: [“services_internet_login”]=>
Nada.
If anyone can please point me in the right direction, that would be appreciated!
I have already had a look into Variables for templates but I cant seem to find my answer.
Not very tech savvy but learning!
