I have issue. Some of the subscribers indicating online while the Modem is power off.
This issue happens periodically with random subscribers. The subscriber loses internet connectivity. when you check admin portal you see subscriber is online with no activity. if we power off the ADSL modem still subscriber is online even days. The ADSL modem works only if we create for another user. as a result old and new subscriber appears online as you see below screenshot.
If you see the old connection session at the statistics tap, it shows: Error: Customer is already online.
