Is the Network Hardware attached to the IPAM interface at all?
It seems when I add a device in network hardware, it doesn’t populate automatically in the IPAM list, so I am having to enter network devices in twice.
Is this normal behavior?
This is one of my biggest frustrations with the workflow in Splynx. Hardware does not appear to be connected to IPAM.
I would have also assumed that if I added a piece of hardware that has an IP that is one of my IPAM ranges, that it would automatically associate it in the IPAM. It does not.
You do have to add it twice. As far as I can tell the only association between Hardware and the IPAM is that if you want the IPAM to Ping, you also have to have those devices in Hardware.
