Mpesa validation issue

We have succesfully connected MPESA system to Splynx. Splynx is able to pull the MPESA transactions using API since I cans see them from MPESA Logs inside Splynx.

However, the amounts are not being applied to the clients/customers. The error in splynx MPESA logs is " The transaction has not been validated before." See attached screenhot

We have encountered a few cases like that in our customers. The issue is not related to Splynx, it is on MPESA’s side. In order to resolve the problem you need to write a ticket to MPESA support with request to enable a validation of payments.
That will resolve your issue.
