License file error

Hi,

After a normal reboot I can´t use splynx. When trying to open “localhost” in a web browser (where splynx is installed), I get this error:

Fatal error:
The encoded file /var/www/splynx/web/index.php requires a license file.
The license file /var/www/splynx/splynx.ion is not valid for this server. in Unknown on line 0

I already tried dpkg-reconfigure splynx and the result says “license file is correct”. I also tried uninstall/reinstall but did work either.

Any idea?

try to access with ip

for example, 10.0.1.10
or your server ip with ip config

ps: due to license limitation Splynx can only work on IP (with MAC) not on localhost (or 127.0.0.1)

Hi ex,

Thanks for the information. When I try using the IP, I get this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1862113865 bytes) in Unknown on line 0

what about logs , /var/www/splynx/logs/nginx/ - error ?

These are the last lines in the files (but according to the date/time, it looks like correspond to this morning, not the tests tried recently).

don’t see any information,
I think it’s better to install clear linux server …

https://splynx.com/install/

Actually it´s installed on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I was considering to reinstall the OS but I don´t want to loose all the job done so far. In this state, is it possible to backup (and/or recover) the settings and information inserted in splynx?

/var/www/splynx/system/backup/backup for make backup
