Happy new year to the community.
I have client who had unused data in november 2017 rolled over to December 2017. Well today is 01 January 2018 and he did not use all the data in December 2017 as well. I was expecting the rollover data to be the sum of unused data in both November and December. The customers billing cycle date is on the 1st.
As you can see from the attachment the cap stats still indicates data usage for december with the november data rollover in blue. Running Splynx 2.0.1743.
I was expecting a reset with the new rollever cap to be 80.59GB + 49.36GB.
