As i understand, you have Splynx installed on cloud, and one Mikrotik with public IP.
and you want to monitor routers on private network ?
if yes, please use PPP server on Mikrotik and connect Splynx server to this Mikrotik, after configuration of routes you will see private network from Splynx server on cloud.
