I am currently researching how to provision and manage layer2 (L2) pseudowire emulation (PWE) virtual private network (VPN) services such as virtual private wire service (VPWS) and virtual private lan service (VPLS) with splynx.
We currently use it for internet services (using PPPoE and IPoE [dhcp]) as well as MPLS Layer 3 VPNs (PPPoE) for both wireless broadband and FTTX access technology.
Are there any folks here using splynx to provision and manage layer2 services especially over wireless access? How about wired access (802.1x) and control transmission rate (speed).?
