Helpdesk impovement and additional field types

Hello!
I have few things in mind to improve splynx.

  1. Option to hide closed tickets in helpdesk module

  2. add additional field type as link. for example would be management url for services, where can type in custom url, like http://192.168.2.22:8084 or winbox://192.168.2.22
