My email notifications stopped working recently for FUP > CAP Notifications.
I cannot see any errors, and Test Email under Config works just fine… Where must I look for some debug info?
Also, how can I trigger notification emails for TOTAL Traffic? (Not monthly limit and topup data separately)

where you can see notifications processing.
If you’d like to see where is the problem in email sending or non-sending by the system, you should check logs:
Administration / Logs / Email
