Features Request - Customer Calling Trace Tab in Customer Profile

Hi i want to have an option where i my call center operators or my customer service agent, go to that tab and put for example

CALL TIME, AGENT CALL REASON, THE CUSTOMER TAKE THE CALL ? some things like

just for have a better record of the customers

I would really want this to this great pick of software… I vote for it…
