Please consider adding notification options for all clients in SPLYNX - it would be great if the system could notify users via SMS / E-mail if their connection is down, reached is cap or even if usage has reached FUP…

I would like to see customer notification for monitoring like this: If the AP customer is attached to (as specified in the monitoring tree) for X amount of pings/minutes customer automatically is sent an SMS / Email “Outage Alert” letting them know there is currently an outage affecting their service and that we are aware of it…
