Feature Request: Ticketing | Departments, Roles, Teams

In a WISP, or pretty much any ISP employees often are assigned to specific departments. Within these departments there may also be teams - with each employee having a specific role.

The ability to assign roles to an employee, add them to specific teams within a department as well as to additional departments is greatly needed within the Splynx Support environment.

A department such as Plant Maintenance may have an employee responsible for RF and Layer2 gear and also an employee that works on the Layer3 level (router, etc.)

Some employees may belong to specific teams and or additional departments

Again - I would love to see the communities perspective on this request and approach.
