Feature Request : Ping & Traceroute

It would be very handy to have the ability to ping a customer as well as perform a traceroute to the customer from the Splynx Billing Server via the customer service interface as well as have that result be able to automagically be added to a new (or existing) ticket.

It would be really handy if it were possible to perform this from the server as well as using the Mikrotik (or another router perhaps) perspective.

This can help techs who are looking at issues in the network such as an OSPF route change, latency, etc.

While this is available in other billing platforms - those are far from what Splynx already is and this would be a great feature to assist the help desk staff support the end customer.
