I would like support for multiple inbound/outbound email addresses to specified ticket categories.
Example:
emailing billing@myisp.com opens a “billing” category ticket. Any notification about a ticket in the billing category goes to client or admin from billing@myisp.com.
Have the ability to add as many as you want so you could have billing@, support@, abuse@, sales@, etc. This is mandatory in order to use Splynx as a full CRM.
