Hi Guys, any way we can get the IP address on the customer services page to be a hypertext link so you can click on it which opens a new browser that takes you straight to the CPE device?
Would be nice if you could tell Splynx what type of device it is and have it open winbox for mikrotik, web for ubnt or cambium

IMO, any IP that isn’t a modifiable field. Should be a hyperlink… You can even reference the type of link, or add extra port numbers or etc. via the equipment type field if you wanted.
This is pretty straight forward, and I’m surprised in this industry it’s not already a hyperlink under hardware details, or even services for the customer. So, we can easily click on that IP or Parent IP to go directly to that customers equipment if they call with a service issue…
