Feature Request, Customer Autorization

Hi please try to add, customer autorization by a second level for example, if the customer want to change the speed or any information in the account and the customer is marked as First, Second or otherwise level need the required autorization

for example

Non goog paying customer want to change the speed and the customer category is 5 for example

Category 5 - Non good paying customer
When a Customer Service Agent try to change that type of customer, they need to contact an administrator for change the same and give an authorization code for proccess with the change

Category 1, Agent dont need any authorization for changes.
