Hi Folks.

Has anybody been able to configure Splynx to send automated emails when a customer exceeds the Fair Usage Policy limits? If so, would you be prepared to share how you did this?

Hi Aidan, we are working on Capped (topup) module of Splynx and will release it together with version 1.3 (I hope in January). This feature will have notifications of exceeded limits and availability to Top Up traffic.

FUP is used for controlling bandwidth of customer, setting up priority, change speed during night hours etc. It is not the capped solution.
