at the cpe level in splynx i have a status api error what to do?

Hello,

  1. check if CPE accessible from Splynx server;
  2. User created on Mikrotik can use API;
  3. Credentials for API user from mikrotik are correct for using in Splynx;
  4. API port is correctly configured for CPE.

If all these steps are ok and you still have problems - please create a ticket.
