Edit Planned in Services in Customers / View / Customer Name (loginname - id)

Hi, when we click Edit Planned, it starts from the next calender date and cannot be changed to current calender date.

This makes customer renewal process for such cases too tedious.

Is there a way to simplify it.


Hi, there is no way to simplify it for now. Probably, you used to use the renewal of customer services from other platforms.
Splynx doesn’t work with Renewals. If you need to setup that Splynx will stop the service for customer and then will activate it after next payment, I recommend you to use the prepaid billing type for such customers.
