Downloading all session logs

Hi,

If I want to download all Customer Session Logs, how can I do it?

I tried administration / logs / sessions and giving a date range but it doesn’t help.

Hi, what do you see in the log ? It must show you all the sessions from that period

It doesn’t show anyting

It works if I put IP address.

It doesn’t show anything if I don’t put any IP address.

How do I download all logs in human readable form?
