Hi Alvin, without further information it’s completely impossible to say where the problem is. I’m sure that the problem is as always in Mikrotik side configuration or some networking or NAT.
Please add the screenshots of :
- Mikrotik Radius Incoming
- Splynx Administration -> Logs -> Files -> COA Radius
Does disconnect process should happen instantaneously or is there delay time between clicking disconnect button and user get disconnected?
When you click customer should be disconnected.
Hi i have checked directly and now works, when invoice is due and the services need to be suspended how splynx suspend the customer that not pay ?
How did you solve your problem? I have that problem too…
