Is there anyone using Splynx to import CDR files from the 3CX platform?
I have installed 3cx using the official documentation guiding me to install it on an AWS EC2 instance. The problem is that the date format is like this: 2022/01/12, and splynx does not accept that format in the CDR file. it has to be be with hyphens between the date, like 2022-01-12.
I refer this: Date Format | 3CX Forums which says the locale needs to be changed. I changed the Date format in the locale file but it still does not work. I used this: “d_fmt %d-%m-%y”
