We have a splynx server running on Ubuntu, and router we use a Mikrotik Router.
Customers cannot access the portal after they dialed in via PPPOE, we can access the customer portal via our static ip from another network or ISP.
The Splynx server is on a different subnet than the clients.

yes, but this is a networking issue inside your network: NAT, bad routing or whatever. Splynx server is always available for every connection, doesn’t matter if it’s PPPoE, static or from outside
Hi, just edit your Mangle rule and add to not! To dst address and add ip range of splynx server. You are probably marking specific ip address range of pppoe users so you can later use that list.
