Is there any way of adding an option to create notes for a customer and have it display the note with the admin that created it and date and time. We use this in our current system to store information about things for the customer. Maybe by way of a Tab one you are looking at the customer?? below is what we have currently

You can always add additional field with type text box to customer view. and keep your notes there.
