Create service with status 'Paused'

Good day,

According to the release notes – Splynx v.4.2 there is a status option ‘Paused’ available when creating a service for a customer.

However when passing this option via the api call it returns a response that the status does not exist.

Please see attached a screenshot of our request and response logs

Any guidance regarding the above will be appreciated.

please check the list of available service statuses in Splynx:

Kindly note that the “Paused” status is a “stopped” status in the database or API and you should use “stopped” instead of “Paused”.
