Changing ip of splynx server?

Hello guys i had a funny thing happen but i suspect theres something i was missing.
I need to change my ip from local to routed ip. when i changed the ip without to much of a issue. i could ping from mikrotiks and splynx to eachother.

when i looked in the radius logs it said something about the host not being recognized. Is there a config file that i need to change the ip in??

i checked in my router list and all routers said the api was fine and i could see it was accessing the mikrotik. I did change the radius server on the mikrotik to the new ip.
It showed a radius timeout on mikrotik and on splynx it said it wasnt recognized.

Yes had to put in the source address on the mikrotik radius.
problem solved…

Hello, I’m having the same issue with a trial version here in my computer. I changed the IP address of the VMware Ubuntu 20.04 now I can’t reach my Splynx installation. need help.

License should be force reloaded for new IP:

On console / SSH:
/var/www/splynx/system/license/check 1

Or wait up to 5 min and license will be reloaded automatically.
