We are facing a problem where we cannot block user and Fup does not take effect until the user device is rebooted.
Any one who encoutered this issues? Need help

Looks like ISP Router does not accept incoming RADIUS packets from Splynx
If you use Mikrotik, maybe you forgot to enable RADIUS incoming packets.
Please goto: Winbox -> RADIUS -> Incoming Packets and set Accept
Or via terminal:
/radius incoming set accept=yes
Also allow incoming traffic in firewall. Protocol UDP, port 3799
