Allow ticket automation rules for immediate action (0 time passed)

There is not capability to trigger ticket automations with Time Passed = 0 hr. I’d like to request this be an available function so that automation can be triggered immediately after an event occurs, and without having to code a hook to perform the action.


can you please share with us what you want to achieve with this automation? You can use hooks in this case, which will be triggered by a new ticket or so

Hi Mykhailo. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I would like to trigger an automation when a new ticket is created. We are currently implementing our solution with configuration only (no hooks). But we look at implementing code-based solutions in the future using hooks, so will take your advice and plan it on our roadmap. Thank you :slight_smile:
