16.04.02 LTS Unable to fetch splynx package anymore

I installed last week on a real server no problem.
Now for self educational purposes, I wanted to reinstall in a VM, but I keep receiving error:

apt-get update cannot be used to add new CD-ROMs
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Error executing command, exiting
Error, exiting

I’ve tried reinstalling the VM, but absolutely no change. the result is the same before and after apt-get upgrade.

What to do now? VM Software is: VMWare Pro 12

EDIT: I’ve been copy pasting the commands in PuTTy from splynx’ website.

please, set comment symbol before second string, for example:
you have:
deb cdrom:[Ubuntu-Server.....

you should save as:
# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu-Server.....

Any idea why this CD-ROM repository add itself in installation?

This is the standard row when installing from cdrom.

VMWARE Workstation is skipping few installation wizard steps. one of them is not disabling cd-rom sources, but this is ubuntu only issues. debian is fine
