Hi all, todday I have approved Auto Invoce and system didnt generate invoices. Is there any way to reset the action and try generating again. I can see list of invoices in financial preview but not in invoice section. Please advise
Yes, this is possible:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
/var/www/splynx/system/script/tools cancel-to-bill 4 YES
go to Splynx / Finance / History & Preview - and generate preview to 01.05.2017 (again) and confirm it - that’s ALL.
ps: on “/var/www/splynx/system/script/tools cancel-to-bill 4 YES” - 4 - ID of preview.
Thanks for reply. I did all invoces manualy now but if it happen again next month I will try this. Maybe error ocured becouse I upgraded splynx by error back to 1.2 and than to 1.3 by mistake.

Hi i did use this for the same error but i try to do this
apt-get update

but this dint work i try many times for generate the invoice my invoice date is the 28 of each month and the splynx dint generated the invoice thanks
