Duplicate Customers

Good day,

I am having an issue with the customers section of splynx.

it is a new installation and below is the problem i have created.

  1. i created a new customer (username: customer111 password: 1234)
  2. i set customer to inactive (in order to show delete button to remove customer from system)
  3. i created a new customer with a different sequential ID but the same username and password

when customer tries to log into portal the are not able to login and the error message “login or password incorrect”

your assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, having had a look at a recent forum post I see that the login must be set to login not email.

see The same email for the same accounts

Hi, we’ve tested your situation, but everything is Ok. Did you resolved your issue?
